I haven't seen my shrimps for a while now, could my parrot fish have eaten them? (as they are the most aggressive fish i have) or could they just be hiding?

Wow what an amouint of fish and diversity in a 50 gallon!!!!!!!!!

The chances that the Parrot's ate the shrimp are very likely....

if the tank was open, there is a good chance that they could have jumped out. I have had Ghost and Wood shrimps doing that.

I wouldn't think shrimp would survive anything but maybe some neons or guppies. My tetra's ate mine.

All my shrimp are over 1" long, and the tetras don't even pay attention to them. My tank is also planted quite well and has many hiding spots, so maybe that's how my shrimp have survived for so long.

Oh well, even if they do become lunch, they are $.33 each and do a nice job of cleaning up the tank :X
