We went to the lfs and picked up a very small angel fish, which resembles one we lost 4 or 5 months ago, so we just had to get him (went in for a pair of clowns and left with just an angel, lol) He's around a 1/2 inch tall. Our other angel seems to be ok with him, although he will ocasionally chase him. Right now he's hidding in the plants, but I have seen him eat twice, and its just a big of a pig as our other angel, lol. I managed to get a picture, but its kinda blurry, but he seems to be settleing right in. He was only $2.99 and I thought I would rather watch it grow up, then spend $16 for one thats half grown

Thank you. This guys really fitting in now, he's not hiding as much now and I even saw him steal piece of pellet food from a neon this morning, he just swam right up and grabbed it out of his mouth (the neon is actually bigger then him, lol) He's been a great addition

I will keep you posted. He's already grown since we've had him.

The little ones are soo cute. I'm glad the LFS I got mine from didnt have them that small, I would have had 10.

If we had the room we would have bought them all, lol When we were choosing them, they all swam to the front glass and looked us right in the face, like they we all saying "pick me", lol. Angelfish have a great personality, and they all want all of the atention

They really are attention hogs.

I have to fake mine out to take any other fish pictures.

I'm looking forward to some updates as this one grows.

I've been trying to get another picture for an hour. Our other one keeps jumping in front of the camera as I snap the picture. I had one really good opportunity for a pic, when the little guy swam right up to the glass, but the then bigger one chased him off and all I got was blurr. He really does want all the attention, its funny.

The little guy didn't make it, he died a few days ago. I had noticed that he wasn't getting any bigger and had been hiding more, so I'm thinking he just wasn't getting his share of the food and/or he was being bullied. Next time I won't get one that small, it will be around the same size as the bigger one we have, who's close to 5 inches tall
