wierd behavor

i recently got 3 pictus catfish two are "normal" the other when i turn the lights on and off he begins freekin out starts doing backflips and goes to the surface and goes in circles only lasts 10 to 20 seconds then he swims normally.goes to the bottom and hangs out with the other cats.

there are no injures that are visible and he ONLY does it when i turn the lights on or off.

Catfish are like cats as far as sight goes they see better in the dark. So he is basically "blinded by the light" and it will freak him out, mine does it too. As far as I know it is normal. Beware he don't get hurt or stuck in something like mine did!!

thats what i thought but its kind of strange that hes the only one.

That was the only part I didn't get maybe it is also a shy fish? Or the other guys are just more laid back ? I dunno

He is probably just more skittish/ different personality than your two others
