Just watch to make sure the guppies don't bother the shrimp. They are doing fine together in a 3 gallon at my work though. We have select feeder males guppies in that tank.

They should be fine together. The adult guppies might pick off the baby cherry shrimp if you can get them to breed, but other than that, shouldn't be any problems.

I would say no, my guppies ate all of my cherry shrimp adults and babies. You might be able to do it but I wouldn't chance it.
