For those of you who have looked at my profile (actually, nobody has!) then you would have read that we keep hens. Our favourite hen snuffed it yesterday, R.I.P Beaker! She was called beaker because she was missing the upper part of her beak, but she still got on ok. If you have a spare five mins then check out the website my brother has made, [Only Registered Users Can See Links.] There are pictures on there and some info, also all the news from Bootle hens! :thumb:

Abbeys_mom, it was a hen that croaked it, not a fish!

Ha ha! No worries. I was wanting to take Beaker to a taxidermist and get her stuffed so she could have been our mascot. Turns out our old fella buried her, so she is now worm fodder!

No Kes, I live in Bootle Cumbria, North of Barrow in Furness. It's a really small village. We have one pub, one shop and a butchers, oh and the 'tea rooms' which sells meat and stuff aswell as tea! (never been in, only just opened). We used to have crappy petrol pumps until the underground tanks went rotten! Also used to have a little hair-dressers, until she got pregnant, then that closed down! All of which is 1 1/2 miles from my house.
