Are clown loaches the only loach that perform the play dead trick,
or do other loaches do it as well? (jeez I hate when they do it )

Here we go, I found my play dead pic sequence, lol

I'm talking about the play dead trick Clowns do.
one minute they are playing happily...

The next they are belly up in the tank looking
for all the world that they have met their demise...

A buddy comes to check him out...

Then it just pops up and says ...ha! I had you going there...

Hahahaha I love it :19: Your shots are amazing! Go on make us jealous and tell us about your camera set up :18: :18:

Keyhole Cichlids are also good at the playing dead just not as often as the Clown loaches... Keyholes completely turn black and lay on their side - scary stuff so I am glad I only witnessed it once... don't think I would have the heart for clown loaches LOL
