Can a Frontosa and an Oscar live together?
Which is more aggresive?
It will be an almost 200gal. tank.

What will the chemistry be? Lake Tanganyika is one of the most alkaline/hard waters on Earth. Oscars are native to soft water, but do thrive in very hard water if water quality is high and the chemistry is stable. Growing them up together will probably make a HUGE difference. Are the fish in question already adults?

No I do not have the Frontosas.I have always wanted to have them and I was wondering if it was possible.
Is there a medium that would do for both as young fish?

With a tank nearly 200gal in volume, a colony of frontosa's (6-8) would be better than trying to keep and oscar with a frontosa (a general incompatible mix).

The oscar will have a greater growth rate, the frontosa is a more passive fish. It may work initially but incompatibilities will likely manifest as they mature.
