hi i recently discovered that plecos can eat some freh foods, so , can goldfish eat any fresh foods .Iwould love some suggestions on what to give them and how to serve them to the goldies.

they like cucumber cut into tiny squares and they float
peas is another one deshell these first after steaming or boiling leave them to cool down first
sweetcorn but it does leave a mess as goldfish cant digest the shells,
lettece cut up or shredded,
they also like bread in small doses,

I think there is a whole list in the article that is a sticky in this section.

From that article:
"Many plant origin foods can be used. These can include skinned peas, bananas, blueberries, apples, blackberries, raspberries, melons, oranges, lemons, grapefruits, limes, strawberries, cucumber, zucchini, and carrots. Most of these need to be finely chopped, grated or sliced. Any foods offered should be bite size. Most of the foods’ skins are not digestible and should be removed before being offered to the goldfish."

im feeding them aquarian flake food,thats all,i didnt even know they could eat fresh food till i went on this site.

Make sure everything sinks because you don't want them taking gulps of air.
