Is there anywhere that gives you a precise measurement of how much amonia to add? Like if I have no amonia in a tank, how much do I add and so forth..

You want to add ammonia until you get a reading of about 5 ppm. Impossible to give a number of drops even if we had your tank size because each brand of ammonia will have a different concentration level.
