Blue Rams

I have 3 males and 3 female Blue Rams along with other tetra's in my tank.
I wanted to know at what size do Blue Rams start breeding?
They have been showing aggression towards eachother and have become territorial in behaviour.
Please help,

I'm not sure how old they have to be aggression is a sure sign.
How long have you had them?
Have 2 of them paired off yet?

Around 6 months, 1.5"
