Can anyone help me distinguish my goldfish's sex? any help on how to breed them...?

I don't have any goldfish experience, but I do know you need tons of room and to simulate natural conditions to help them spawn. I tried to breed my koi once and was told it work best if they were in a pond.
I also was told there was a hormone you could add to your aquarium that would induce spawning, but I don't think it is widely available.

If you have a bunch of room and do frequent water changes , they will probably spawn.
