I think it is the same as mine Pterygoplichthys pardalis. There is another one that looks the same, you can only tell by the tummy. Look at this and see if it helps.

They are from the same place, so I think there may be a hybrid.

a common pleco.........sail fin normally have a bigger top fin

A sailfin has just that. The dorsal fin is much taller, the coloring and pattern are very similar.
