Lovers reunited

My male & female blue ram were reunited today after a few days apart. He's an egg eater so was removed to see how she would go with the eggs on her own. She was a fantastic parent & fanned & looked after the eggs well, removing the fungused eggs and being very protective. As soon as the eggs hatched they started to roll off the leaf they laid on and she lost all interest at that point. I am hoping she will do better next time (it is only her first attempt and the pairs third spawn). Anyway the pair are completely love struck :1luvu: and haven't left each others side since being put together again lol they are very obviously excited to see each other.. it's quite cute.. heres a few pics..

When i first read it, for some reason, that song "reunited and it feels so good" popped into my head. I guess it is kind of fitting for the occasion though!
