Can anybody diagnose this??

I have been having trouble with my pleco having blisters and this. At first, when I started an anti-bacterial medicine, this thing on his arm went away and the blisters are getting better but now I just noticed that this has come back. It is some sort of white growth with little white tabs coming out of it. I don't know what it is or how to treat it. Please help!!

Wow, well it could be some sort of flukes? Or could be saprolegnia, that only attacks once a fish is weakened by another disease. I will try to do more research.

Ok thank you. I want to start treating with pimafix/melafix if we don't figure it out soon because i'm all out of my fancy anti-bacterial stuff but it seemed to be working
