I never was a rat fan! I guess he's not so bad though !!:c3:
Are you going to keep him in the same room with the snake tank ??

LOL SHE is a doll baby, rats are very intelligent, and very rarely bite, unlike hamsters or gerbils. Rats make wonderful pets! LOL No not in the same room with the snake when we get it. My BF is a little leery about the snake!

LOL Smart guy! :hmm3grin2orange:
They are smart, from what I have read.
We had a problem in town a couple of years ago. They had to call some guy in with a flute to get rid of them. :c3:

Yes, rats are pretty smart, I think I've even heard they are smarter than dogs. Rats are pretty cute too, I got to hold one almost identical to Gizmo.

I would have to see proof of that.I know I have heard some people say that but I have never seen proof!
Even than I would have a hard time beleiving it.I have been around several different breeds of dogs all my life and seen them do some pretty amazing things!

I'm not usually a rat person either, but that first shot of him with the cracker is the cutest thing!

LOL Yes she is cute, and snuggly!:laugh1blue: She really likes to be held! It did not take her long to warm right up to the new family. From now on she will gets lots of love and spoiled rotten! The girls absolutely love her, first thing when they got up they went to see her! LOL My 3 year old told Gizmo to go brush her teeth.:hmm3grin2orange: I am going to have to go tonight and look into a new cage for her, new bedding that pine stuff is so bad for them, and some toys!!! I can not wait to go shopping!!

Oh I love rats!! I had one about 2-3 years ago. I named him 'Rodney'. He was a BIG one though. He started out as one of those feeder mice and turned out to be one BIG rat! I loved him though. I had him until he died of old age. He did try to bite though (not saying that they all do) but it was only when you tried to touch his cage when he was in it. If you held him he was fine. He loved crawling all over the place when you let him out though. Your rat is cute too!
