How often do crayfish molt?

Mine hasn't molted in awhile and i'm wondering how often they molt especially when they are young. is there anything i should do for my crayfish when its molting or any special foods i should feed it when it molts

Crayfish are fun! I guess it would depend on how well he is fed and water conditions.
