Funny you should mention that as I got a McDonalds yesterday and that burger was so darned gross I threw it out my car window.

I was watching a program on TV the other day about China's first McDonalds and they sure had a time teaching the Chinese how to use the drive-thru. They would drive thru, get their food, park their vehichle then go inside and eat. LOL They had never seen or heard of drive-thru's so they didn't know.

It was interesting the American products they have but had to be changed in order to sell in China. Oreo cookies, for instance, would not sell as we know them and they had to made to be in a bar.......like a granola bar. Making that change they flew off the shelves.

At least China gets FICA approved foods from us. From them we get dyes in toys, poison in baby milk, human fecus in shrimp, anti-freeze in toothpaste and I don't know what all has been pulled from our shelves that they carry. Well, I certainly got off topic THERE, didn't I?

McDonalds food has been approved?

I haven't eaten McDonalds for over 2 years, and I feel much better for it too. That stuff's disgusting and shouldn't even be classified as food IMO.

My boyfriend's said when we have children, they'll only be allowed sweets or McD's as treats after at least an hour of exercise.

Last I heard, McDonald had one of the poorest quality of meat of any of the fast food places. Must be why it tastes like mush! They load that stuff so full of soybean that it barely passes inspection.

I think they should start airing those commercials once more... to reduce the prevalence of obesity!!! lol! Gosh, after watching those, I think I'll never go to McDonald's ever again!

It was a different time and a different mind set... They didn't have baby eating whack jobs or Big business is the devil types too worry about.

I think it is more amazing how Ronald's image has changed over the years....

Lol, easier said than done. I know what goes into McDonalds' food, and I know the whole process the food goes through, but even then, I stop and eat there. You must be very wierd if you can just snap your fingers, say McDonalds' is gross, and never eat there again for the rest of your life. I do agree than In N Out is better, but McDonalds' makes the best fries in the nation, period.

I like their chicken nuggets. Nothing else. I don't eat fries anywhere. I can't stand Arby's either and their PROCESSED beef. But then, I don't like BurgerKing either. I do stop now and then at Checkers and used to go to Juicy Lucys when I lived in FL.

I eat at Mickey D's weekly, I love there breakfast! My favorite fast food though is Sonic. They are a bit creepy but look when it was made, they barley had color TV. I guess I am very un healthy and all but IDC!!!

A friend of mine in Toronto was the guy in Ronald suit through out late 80s early 90s.He was some kind of circus performer first.


My kids will only eat the fries at mcd's!:c3:

I have to many bed stomach issues to eat fast food!
I worked strike security all over Canada a while back,I let my guard down one day and ate at a Harvet's and ended up with a severe case of food poisoning.I was laid up for 3 weeks and lost almost 70 lbs.
I am so careful about what I eat now .I would rather starve myself then eat in those places.
