clawed water frog

I have a clawed water frog and it has small red spots around his head, it looks like soresand they keep getting bigger. I had a frog that did this before and that one died. What is wrong with him and what can I do to save him?

Improve water quality and google 'red spot disease frogs'. I think that is what it is called. I never had to deal with it with any of my frogs, so I don't know what would be needed to treat it.

also which frog do you have is it a brown dwarf or a large albino?
