The xenia pulses all on its own, but the anthelia is riding in the current.

cool Anthelia. Mines a pain, i have such a large patch that some stalks fall off and i find them at the other end of the tank growing into another huge patch

Mine does that.
It starts with a stalk or polyp going 'down hill', eventually becoming limp and detaching from the main colony (only to have water flow transfer it to another section of the tank where it 'takes root', and rejuvinates and replicates rapidly).
A small fragment of this stuff (the size of the "m" on an m&m candy as an example) can blossom into a full-blown colony in no time. Just last year I got tired of this coral and removed 99% of it. What's in the video is 'grow-back' from the 1% I overlooked. I've got it better 'contained' now (sort of), so I'm tolerating it. :c1:
