are these ok

normaly i'll take my water to lfs and they do the test but this weekend i brought my first test kit did a test to day and the results were
ph=7.0
ammonia=0
nitrite=0
nitrate=30
are these results ok as it is my 1st time testing????

nitrAte might be a little bit high.
ammonia, nitrIte and Ph are perfect.

i alsodid a 30% water change on big tank yet nitrate stopped the same what can i do to get it down?
