Hello, I want to get a mated pair of kribs. Are they pretty common in fish stores or do you think I will have to order them on-line? Do they usually come in pairs?

Excuse my ignorance; I'm very new to fish.

they are very easy to breed so I can't see a problem for you to get your hands on some.
Petty your not living in Ireland, I have a male and female that are looking for a new home.

let us know how you get on

I will.

We're trying to move now, so I'm going to wait until all that settles before setting up the tank. It might be a couple of months. We made an offer on our dream house contingent on us selling our current house, and it was accepted :19: Now we just need someone to buy this house. I've just been so excited about getting kribs ever since I read about them in a aquarium book. They seem really neat.

they RE neat...but can be vicious little blighters round about breeding time..but they make the most marvelous parents..

Pity I'm not on the Gold Coast for so many reasons! I love Australia. I got to spend three weeks there in 2004. I'm sure I'll find some though, they seem to be all over the place.
