Clown Ghost Knife Fish and Baby Whale Fish keeping

I have 2 fish that i wish to ask about so bare with me and sorry if im troubling you.

Due to the restriction laws against certain fish in australi, i was curious about the Clown Ghost Knife Fish and the Baby Whale Fish i wanted to know if the was a rule against importing those particular fish into australia and i would aslo like to know some general knowledge about them
