It is amazing how quick they are.I had a ribbon snake when I was a kid that we fed goldys to.

Pretty quickly after he got the one on video down he went back for the second. He sat out basking the rest of the day.

Ok so, when I read the title, I thought this was a video of the fish eating the snake, lol.

Cool vid all the same.

You could make a large project and build a small pond type thing into a large tank for the snake. That way there is at least some natural selection and competition to catch the fish, gives him a bit more exercise =) Just get a large plastic container, you could even make your own, and bury it into some moderately deep substrate so that the edge of the container is flush with the gravel, then put in fish. You could even run an airator under the gravel and have it run up into the container so that your fish could "live" in there.

Rosy reds/fathead minnows are a better staple diet than goldfish. Not as much fat.
