I have a red finned shark who is pretty agressive, and bites my silver sharks, later I researched and found out that they can't live with sharks. Now it lives in a very small tank......alone. it is not very happy about that, what should I do?

He is probobly trying to protect what he thinks is his territory. If he seems to fancy a rock or a cave, move your tank decorations around and put him back in. that should calm him down.

Silver Sharks (Bala) are not sharks at all but a very peaceful community fish. They also get a foot long and unless you have a very large aquarium, they should be given to someone that does or returned to the store. The Red Tail needs to be kept with only him in the shark family. Even the Betta is iffy as it may get it's fins nipped.

red tailed sharks will be aggresive to fish shaped like them.

If you dont have a tank big enough for him i would suggest taking him back to the store as soon as you can.
