We have around 50 or 60 guppy fry in a 10 gallon filtered tank. They are around a week old. How much longer would they be ok in there? I do a 50% water change every other day and haven't seen any ammonia spikes, but I know it will soon be overcrowed. I have a second 10 gallon that I can spit them up, but the need to be a little bigger so the won't get sucked up in the filter (I tried putting panty hose on the intake, but it almost stops the flow, stupid walmart filters)
Once they are large enough to not be food for our angel, the females will be moved to our 55 community and males will be split up into 2 10's

Use a sponge block (Aquaclear filter insert works well) to cover the intake strainer w/out reducing flow.

I just ran across a stray earlier today while I was cleaning out some old aquarium stuff. If you want it for the cost of shipping ($2-3 for First Class Mail) shoot me a PM.
