i got a large amazon sword with a stem with 3 baby plants they gettin fairly large now how do i get these off to plant em? or should i leave em alone?

If the young plants have four or five leaves and developed roots, you can trim them off the runner and plant them where you will. If you want your large sword to put out hundreds of leaves, trim off the runners when they form as close to the bottom of the plant as you can. If they can't do runners, they put all their energy into leaves.
Just FYI, the species you have is Echindorus bleheri.
