The molly was in a breeding box in my 10g tank, and the babies swam into the tank with 3 other mollies. Should i just leave them there or remove them?

It is entirely your choice. If you save them and raise till they big enough to avoid the adutl mollies mouths they will have nearly 100% survival chance. Left in the main tank there is ofcourse the chance of being eaten.
Also keep in mind that they will grow into adults so if you have no room find out if your lfs will take them when they're older.

The fry seem to be doing fine so far. They're hiding between plants and blending in with the gravel. I have family that would take these fish, and they have a 100+ gallon tank so a good home to these arent a problem. The mom is still in the process of giving birth. I counted 4 earlier, now i see 7.

i would say this, if you want to save them than replace them, thats what i do somwtimes when i have space for them,

Here are the pics of some fry. I moved the other 3 mollies to another tank and left the molly that is giving birth in the breeding box in case she has more babies to let out.

Get the molly out of the breeding box. You should never put mollies in breeding boxes.

How many fry do mollies give birth to? I've counted about 15 already and im not quite sure if shes done or not. I want to put one of my other mollies in the fry tank because its fatter then the one that just gave birth.
They can give birth to up to about 100 fry, but usually it's a lot less.

If you want to save any of them, I recommend moving them. Also, mollies can have fry pretty much once a month, every 3 to 4 weeks. So take this into consideration. If you try and save them all, you may end up with a real problem. :) Anyhow congrats on the babies!!!!!!!!!

My molly fry seem to be doing fine. I havent seen any dead ones yet. How long will it take them to reach maturity? They seem to eat ALOT for their age

i used to breed mollies and at one stage i had 6 tanks full of fry so i ended up selling them all off and starting new with other types of fish

How much should i be feeding my fry? I've been giving them ground flakes with the tip of a moist toothpick 2 times a day. Is that enough ? They seem to be trying to look for food in the gravel throughout the day when im not feeding them.
