I moved my AC110 from my 55 gallon tank (had 2) and moved it to my 29 gallon, moved the AC50 to the 55 gallon along with my other AC110 filter. I have noticed a big change just in the last hour or so after moving a more powerful filter into the 29 gallon, it has sucked up I'd say at least 75% of the crap on top of the pool filter sand already which I can't believe I never thought about this before. Put carbon and zeolite in panty hose in all my filters also and it seems to be O.K., I'm so glad that I got smart enough to put a larger filter on my 29 gallon to suck up the fish debre off of the sand, it makes the tank alot better to look at. Now all I have to do is wait for the time when we can afford to by a filter for my other 55 gallon, I'm thinking about just going ahead and spending a little extra and getting a good cannister filter so I won't have this problem again, cause I figure if I got an AC110 and another AC50 or AC 70 to put on the back it would cost me close to the same amount.
