Question about slime in my tank

I'm doing a fish-less cycle in a bare tank and noticed I have some slime on a air hose?
It rubbed off easily but now I have small debris floating around in the tank.
Is this anything to be concerned about or will this be a non issue when the cycle is complete and I drop temp and do water changes.

Probably Bio film builds up in new tanks but as things change it will go away.

throw in a quart of 5w30 motor oil that should break it up. the oil has special enzymes!

eh no that was made by a co worker. I left the page up and left the room for a few hours. I work in auto parts, hence the 5w30 crack.
