Crayfish with leeches

My friend recently sold me two Spiny Tailed Crayfish, Unfortunetly they have really tiny leech like parasites, they are about 10mm long, maybe a bit shorter, How can i treat it? the female has eggs so that needs to be taken into account when finding a cure
