I have had a 300 litre tank last september and cant get rid of the pink algae
thats recently appeared, any suggestions anyone

My Father had that in his tanks once. After fighting with it for a few years, he drained the tanks. That's how I ended up with my 55g ;).

When I got the tank, I cleaned it thoroughly with REALLY hot water and a bleach solution. Then rinse and repeat. Then I let the tank sit for a few days then rinsed it again.

I have never had it come back.

I have heard of pink algae in salt water tanks. Known more as coraline algae.
Maybe somebody else will come along with more info on that.
