Changing my 45g

I currently have in my 45g

6 Black Skirted Tetras
3 Small clown Loaches
4 Rosey Barbs
2 Peral gourami
2 Angels
2 Briselnose Pleco.

I want to make it eaither a Goldfish Tank or Angel Tank. How many Angels in a 45g? How many goldfish in a 45G?

Filter is an aquaclear 70. Water changes once a week some times everyother week.

Another question. I asked in another section but got no answer.

In one of my 29g I want to change it from Fish to Lizard. I want to put one Cuban Knight Anoles. Is a 29g big Enough?

Thank you for answering my other question about how many Female Bettas in a 20g. I did not know I could put 10. I thought maybe 5 no more.

That wont be enough filtration for three goldfish though.
