Has anyone had any luck using a punnit square to predict the F1 and F2 genotypes and pheno types of guppies? I have a full bodied orange guppy, and i am going to try and breed it with a half grey half black guppy. Does anyone know the dominant colors or have had any experiance using a punnit square? Does anyone even know what a punnit square is?

What about the forkline method? Anyone ever heard of that?

You wont be able to use a punnit square unless you know the genetics of the guppies. Usually easier when you have true strains and cross them.
