Well its been allmost 3 weeks now and I think my cycling is about done I had a big nitrite spike but i got it down and nowmy levels have not gone up much. My tank is looking clearer and fish are more active. so everything is looking good im going to wait and see what happens befor I do any more water changes. I was doing them everyday

Depending on the specifics of your water conditions, you might just be cycled! Great job!

Congrats ! I've been there, and know how how much work it must have been and how great it feels. If you're cycled, it's time to sit back and enjoy the fish for a few nights !

It is a 29gal tank with 2 electric blue haps and I think my female is holding and 2 silver mollies. It will be 3 weeks come monday and my reading are ph 7.2, Alkalinity 120, hardness 75, nitrite is between .5 and a 1.0, nitrate is 10. It has been a lot of water changes and tonight was the first night I decided not to do one so I will se if my levels start to go up.

Yea I had to do a few big water changes over a few days to get it down and now everyting seems to be good for the time. I have been watching my female hap now as it looks like she is holding eggs. I didnt understand why she woulnt eat when I first got her but now today I noticed that

With the nitrItes still hanging around you still aren't fully cycled but well on your way. Just stay on top of your water parameters and you should be just fine.
