i have 2 rosy barbs, 1 male and 1 female in the same tank 4 breeding and there are these slimy bubbles on top of the water and i think that it is the female that is making them. but what are they?
can any 1 help me with this.
I dont think a barb would make that type of bubble or any bubble.

They don't, dean. Barbs are egg scatterers, usually over vegetation.
The original poster has been feeding foods with a good deal of fish oil in them, thus he has a slime layer on top of his water. Dragging a clean sheet of paper across the top of the water several times removes the slime, and buying higher quality foods will prevent the reoccurrence.

Good advice from dave. I agree the bubbles are 100% not coming from the fish, its something you are putting into the tank.
