My fish have internal parasites, they'll eat but they have "stringy poo"
I was thinking of taking some fish food and dipping it in some parasite medicine in hopes it'll help with the internal parasite problem.

My question is, whats a good food to do such a thing with?? Anyone know?? Back in the day i used to use FD Daphnia but i can't find that ANYWHERE anymore. (or the frozen for that matter)

THanks!

Jungle has a parasite food out on the market. If you want to do it a natural way, feed them garlic, I believe dave66 has a garlic thread on it, ill try to find in, one second.

Feed them Spectrum Thera A+ It contains garlic which is a proven anti-parasetic (sp). Since it contains no actual medicines it wont harm water chemistry. Also Garlic is VERY good for fish at the same time and they love it.

WOW .. garlic huh??? I never knew that! So garlic alone could help with parasites huh?? What else is garlic do/good for in the fish world???

I was always under the impression that garlic was only good for picky eaters.

Just pick them up some parasitical food. You can try some garlic juice on the fish food you have but sometimes they won't eat it.

I have garlic oil pills. Could this be something i could feed them? Just squeeze the guts of the capsule into the water? or mix it with food?

Or is this stuff not the stuff i want to feed them?
