That is the supplier for our local petsuppliesplus, and I believe also petco. When I visited the website I didn't see anywhere to buy direct....did I miss something? I have the list of what was available, although it is a couple of months old, because petsuppliesplus will order for us.

There is NO WAY to buy direct. The only thing a regular fishkeeper can do is take a tour of their facilities if you're in the right area of Florida.

Very cool site, unfortunately they sell dyed fish.. or at least have them on the site. Other than that it is a great database of fish

Too make young kids think their cool looking and want them usually it's like a neon color across the back. I bought a couple not knowing i thought it was normal it's actually pretty cruel process. you can go on the PETA website site and read about it

yeah. you have to watch out for dyed/genetically altered fish. a common one is a "painted" glassfish. they inject dye into them. it's really messed up! there's also a high risk of infection and premature death with painted fish.

that's the one i bought. knew nothing when i bought them fiance thought they were cool so we got them not until I tried to identify all my fish did i realize exactly what the process was. the best lesson is research research research, then ask questions on the forum then you can go out and set your tank up and buy your fish.

Genetically altered fish aren't a problem unless you have moral issues with altering genes.

I definitely have a problem with painted/tatooed fish.
