In Nigeria!!!!

Hello everyone.
I've not been able to get on to AC for the last couple of weeks because of the crappy internet connects in my current location.

I am currently in Nigeria (offshore) working and needless to say the internet out in the middle of the ocean is not the best. I'll be here for another 2~3 weeks and then I'll be back to Korea where the internet is fast :19:

It's crazy how much we rely on the internet in our normal everyday life now. For me, it's worse than my car not running! William was in Nicaragua for some time and his internet services stunk there as well. He was always MIA when he was there. Appreciate you taking the time to come here and let us know you are well and where you are. Take care and stay safe.

Thanks Lady Hobbs. I know what you mean....we have internet here most days but it's slower than slow, but occasionally, the whole server goes down for a few days and everyone goes nuts :hmm3grin2orange:

It is all the Spam it clogs uo Nigerias super computer that runs the nations server.. In truth they have the fastest interent in the world but so many people in Nigeria have millions to try and move to US banks that it just slows it down.;-)

That maybe so but when you are 70 miles from the nearest land and using a satalite system, things become a bit different :-(

lol, its a pain trying to get internet in foreign places, i remember in germany grabbing internet from my PSP
