Okay I'm used to the MTS coming out in force at night, but I have never seen every one head for the same corner and come out at noon... The gravel was crawling with these guys all headed the same way.

Looked like an LA highway in rush hour.

So weird...mine do this as well...I never ever see them and then I get a heart attack once in a while when they come out during the day and I see how many there are!

Just go to pet smart or petco (probably any big local chain) look for them in their tanks I will bet 99% of the time they are infested and ask for some.

The people will look at you funny and say you don't really want them they are a pest.

Just look back at them with your best shocked face try to keep a straight face that is the hardest part....and say.

"Really? Then what would you use in a quataum Ammano tanks that is hyper placed and plug planted? As you know, I'm sure since you have aquaired a job at this lovely establishment, that tanks like that requires a constant turning of the subliner substrate on a hourly schedule. So in that case what would you use besides the MTS snails that I'm trying to aquire, and is the standard used by all of the Quatuam Planted Tank experts?"

Most of the big chains will give them to ya for free or sell them for like $.05 to $.15 a snail. You only need 6 and in 3 months you will have enough to seed any tanks you may ever think about getting.....

Now that is where assassin snails come into play.. I really need some of those.:ezpi_wink1:

Dude, I just had the horrible image of them climbing up out of the tank in force like that and attacking you while you sleep. I'm going to put seranwrap over my tank tonight...

Cool pics, mine never line up but I do see them plenty during the day.
