Diatoms are gone!

I don't know what I did but the Diatoms are now gone but in order for them to be gone, I have about killed my Hygro and my banana plants.

Congratulations! I'm sorry about your plants, though, but I'm sure they will recover soon.... I wish you knew what you did so you could help me with my diatoms!... though I think they are leaving my tank too (fingers crossed!!)

That's, indeed, a bummer that the plants died as well...I'm apparently doing something right as my black bba algae is dying off and the plants are starting to look great.
