breading is easy you dip em in milk and egg and dredge em thru flour or corn meal..
as for breeding are you sure you have a mated pair? you say you have only had them 3 months give it some time, check your water parameters and read up a bit on breeding your fish

Another thing, are you sure that they are male and female. The male will make a bubble nest. If none of them had created a bubble nest, they may be females
