Eclipse 3 Lighting Repair

I bought an eclipse 3 system with a tank off of craigslist a while ago, but one of the 2 lights don't work. I'm no electrician, but I looked up as much as I could and thought I could just figure it out. The system doesn't use a regular starter and doesn't seem to look like anything I've found online. The only thing Marineland says is to buy a whole new lighting fixture, but there is no way I'm going to do that. I think the problem is the tube socket, but I don't really know how to proceed from here.

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to service one and has any tips for me. Thanks in advance.

I figured it out. It was a bad starter. I kind of Frankensteined my light and hooked up a new starter in there as well as a starter housing so changing the starter again would be super easy. It looks pretty good. If anyone with the same problem wants to know how I did it just ask.
