Pretty soon im going to get a 29g tank with kribs and tiger barbs. Is there a pleco that would fit in with the tankmates?

I am not a believer in that practice. Even the smaller plecos I think would be cramped, but that is solely my opinion. Others may advise you differently.

The L104 Panaque maccus (clown pleco) is a smaller pleco that could work in a 29 gallon tank. According to planetcatfish (http://planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=734) minimum tank size is 15-20 gallons. They are a wood eating pleco so they have to have some type of wood in there as part of their diet. I have two of them and most of the time all they do is chew on the wood all day long.

Yes it does! I have a nice piece of malaysian driftwood in my 55g that they stick to most of the time and chew away at.

Just be aware that a Clown Pleco is a very large waste producer. I have one and he produces waste like you wouldn't believe.

They do produce more than normal but mine aren't that excessive. Definitely not as much as a common pleco!
