I currently have 10 neon's, 6 zerbra's and 2 otto Cats.
I was thinking of adding some Angle Fish. Will this combo be ok or will the Angle Fish eat the other fish?
Also is there a type of Angle fish that is smaller and that would not eat the other fish that I already have.

I have young angles in with neons, and they don't bother them.

Young angels is the key word here. Many angels get very aggressive when they're older. Make sure you have a good sized tank as they grow fast and they do get 6 inches and that is not counting fin to fin......that's only the body size. I would not even attempt to put my neons in with my angels but the other two species will do OK. Coreys for sure.
My angels are meanies!

What size will these fish get up to in a 25 gallon tank. I plan to get some small young ones.
Also what is the smallest angel fish or do they all grow to around the same size?

If you put them in a 25 gallon tank they will keep growing unless their growth is stunted due to poor conditions. They will eventually need a latger tank. You should be ok with young angels and your tetras but as hobbs said as they become older they become more aggressive. All Angels grow to about 6", unless there is a species i havent heard of...

If you put young angles in a tank with neons, when the angles get older will they eat the neons? Or do the angles learn that neons are not food?

yeah. if you go with angels, you need juveniles so that they "grow up" with your other fish.
you may still incur problems with aggression later on down the line though.

That is what I thought,

This link says that as well.
When you say "problems with aggression" what problems will I see?
Will the eat the other fish?
Will I have trouble adding new fish?
Will the nip?
Any other problems and what should I do to prevent this.
I still deciding if I should get them or not, from what I can see they will be fine untill they get bigger, now just trying to work out what problems I will run in to and see if it is worth it in the long run.

any and/or all of the above that you stated. there's always the chance! as far as preventing it, you really can't. it will either happen or it won't

Angels hunt small fish at night and neons are a natural prey of Angels.
