Guppy Fry!

When I went to feed my fish I saw something dart across the tank and get chased by my wrestling halfbeak. It was a guppy fry. So far I haven't seen any more fry, but I've got plenty of plants for them to hide in.

I saw two more fry yesterday, so hopefully some won't be eaten.

The two fry are a almost a month old now and are beginning to color up. After suspecting my guppy was giving birth, I notice 3 more fry today.

When I lifted the lid up to feed my fish today I saw a group of about 14 fry. Yikes!

The count is up to 16 day old fry + 2 3 week old fry.

Thanks! The number is down to 8 after some fish decided to have a snack. They've just begun to color up now.

The guppy had at least three more fry.:14: One of the 2 fry from the first batch is definitely male and is getting some blue on his side now.

What are you going to do with them ? ....just curious...I've got about 20-30 and am always looking for new suggestions on what do do with them....

I have no clue right now. If I can grow them to full size, I'll see if my LFS will take them.

I finally got rid of all my guppy except 2 last week. Now just a couple of days ago it had 20+ more. Annoying guppy!:hmm3grin2orange:
