Possible injured tiger barb

Our tank has been algae infested for a few weeks and today was the first day the water has been really cleared up. I noticed a red spot on right side of our larger tiger barb. I was wondering if it was something i should worry about. I took a video because he wouldn't hold still for a picture. He seems active and eats, but i think one of the crabs might have grabbed him and i hope its not a disease.

Im not sure buddy but it could be a syst.. Is it got pus coming from it?

Not that I can see, it just looks red, and it wasn't there yesterday.

Could be a good idea to give it a salt bath

We found it dead just a few mins ago. The chunk he had missing out of him must of killed him.
