Im trying to find some plant that looks like grass.

Something like this picture (halfway down the page)

Tying to creat a mat of plants on the bottom of the tank, any one know of a good plant or plants too use?

can you find the name of the plant like grass?

I can't remember i have seen it in the LFS around here though.

Dont know of the name, and the LFS does not have any im after, but they said they would get some in, but I dont know of the name so I do not know what to ask for.

can anyone give me a name and a link to a photo?

If you have very good lighting for your tank, you could also try Needle spikerush (Eleocharis acicularis).

Etc etc etc. The one I have stays very short, roughly 2 inches and actually looks like it could grow into a lawn. It hasn't yet, since I only got one pot of it to see if it would survive at all =P

I just looked at the picture you posted and to me it looks very close to Dwarf Sagittaria (Sagittaria subulata), which can also be used as a "lawn". Grows taller than the spikerush too.

sort of but not so thin, did you look at the piture I posted. somthing a bit wider and not so straight.
