Well looks like I'm in trouble indeed. More fry on the loose. There are probably at least 50 free swimming Demasoni fry in my tank from a .5 cm to .75 in. They keep appearing. My tank has only been set up for maybe 2 months. I don't know what to do. I thought if I left them in the tank the others would kill them which at this point, I kind of liked the idea. Well the exact opposite is occuring...they seem to enjoy them. I don't want to take 200 pounds of rock work out of my tank to extract them. Maybe every 3 months I'll be forced too.

200lbs of rock equals lot of hiding spots.
Fry can be viewed as irresistable morsels to larger fish, even those of the same species. However, with lots of hiding spots and refuges, the larger one's will realize that pursuing them is futile and may eventually leave them alone (basically they get used to them being around as tank mates rather than menu items).
The challenge is what exactly to do. Removing much of the rocks will provide less hiding spots for the fry but make things worse for the adult demasoni's where breaks in lines of sight are important. Adding a predatory hap might not be wise.
What you may have to do is every quarter or so, remove all the rock and round up excess demasoni's and try to sell them. In my area they tend to cost much more than other mbunas (ranging from $9-20 apiece for small ones).
