So since Fishalicious is showing off her new photo power and new toy I figured I would bring my toy out to play also..... plus I got to try some new techniques....

Very nice. POTM.

So many times i have tried to get pictures of my Male Cherry Barbs flashing his fins. THey are so beutiful in full colour.

Just upgraded from a 10D....
That's an excellent cam, with any SLR pix will be clearer than with stupid point'n'shoot :) great pix :)

Not always the case.... Just with an SLR you have more options and controls...

Nice. My next camera is going to be a SLR so i can take some great shots. Right now i have to deal with my micro compact one which is fine for now.

Nope those were in a tank at an LFS I worked in... these are mine at home same type and size though...

I do want to point out a good camera does not mean you will take better pictures it means you will have a chance to take better pictures.... but not htta you will....:-)

Nope the 40d is just my play around camera until I go back to work then i get my work camera....1D Mark III or a 1DS Mark III maybe both.


Okay, great shots. Now I have the same darn camera and can't get anything near that.

It takes some practice and patience....
