Well, my Rams have made up again after the male was mad at the female all day yesterday for eating the fry again. Hopefully they will get it right one of these times.

im sure they will get the knack of it eventually, my kribensis lost their first 3 batches of young before they worked it out...

my angels have had about 8 or 9 attempts and they havent learnt it yet though, so i know the feeling :ezpi_wink1:

I read here that it was their eight attempt, may I ask what your watervalues are??

Because my tankbred couple got it right first time round, and my opinion is that if the watervalues are OK they will get it right each time they have a lay. I have never lost a first batch of eggs since I'm making sure that the values in my tank are as close to the natural habitat as possible.
